Diversity, Equity, and Belonging
Unconscious By Us – facilitated course that merges the foundational ideals of bias and thought leadership to give students knowledge and tools to enable them to move from unconscious bias to conscious decision making.
Diversity-to-Belonging Facilitation Prep Course – facilitated course that merges the foundational ideals of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging with facilitation to give students knowledge and tools that enable them to facilitate authentic dialogue in this space. This is a prep course that helps students understand and apply competencies that prepares them for certification.
Racial Justice Archetypes – facilitated course that helps participants understand the different archetypes in the racial justice and equity space. Focuses on helping participants understand who they are, who they are not, and the importance of understanding and welcoming other perspectives in this space.
The Human Case for Diversity, Equity, and Belonging – facilitated course that explores the biases and challenges involved with “The Business Case for Diversity”. Focuses participants in understanding and embracing the human side of diversity, equity, and belonging; to include the links to innovation, performance, and morale.
Understanding Racial Just Us – facilitated course that enables participants to understand racial justice and equality through the lenses of purpose, frustrations, and culture challenges. Focuses on introducing different perspectives in a manner that helps all sides understand and move forward.
Leadership
Thought Leadership – facilitated course focused on leadership from the perspective of understanding people (fears, trust issues, etc.) so that we can understand how to better motivate, influence, and lead them.
Emotional Intelligence – facilitated course focused on the core competencies of emotional intelligence. Deep dives into self-awareness/self-management and social awareness/relationship management.
Performance Management – facilitated course focused on the principles of performance management and how they translate to developing expectations, writing to performance, and evaluating to standards.
Writing to Executive Core Qualifications – facilitated course focused on OPM’s ECQ’s and how to write to them. Deep dives into competencies in and across the ECQ’s as well as what board members look for and common mistakes people make.
Culture
Understanding Workplace Culture – facilitated course focused on what organizational culture is. Deep dives into culture myths, common symptoms, root issues, and methods of addressing culture challenges.
Culture Facilitation Certification Prep Course – facilitated course that merges the foundational ideals of culture with facilitation to give students knowledge and tools that enable them to facilitate authentic culture dialogue. This is a prep course that helps students understand and apply competencies that prepares them for certification.
From Hear to There – facilitated course that enables students to challenge their biases and levels of understanding in a manner that maximizes self-awareness, self-management, and team dynamics.
Assessing Organizational Culture – facilitated course that merges advanced ideals of culture with key facets of culture assessment. Deep dives into the different culture health levels, best practices for getting a complete culture diagnosis, and common myths for assessing culture.
Homeward Bond – a team building course that explores individual and team dynamics in a 5-day offsite, Enables participants to gain real-time insights into team strengths and improvement areas in a manner that is inclusive and root focused.
