Meet Chris & Vince

Chris Armstrong is the Co-Owner and Chief Content Officer of Veritas Culture. In this capacity, he is responsible for maintaining a consistent understanding of societal and workplace culture events and impacts. Additionally, Chris is responsible for developing course content, articles, and social media posts that illuminate, educate, and inspire positive culture movement. Chris is also a core facilitator of Veritas’ client facing efforts.

Prior to becoming Co-Owner of Veritas Culture, Chris was the Culture Executive for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and the Culture Executive of the Defense Intelligence Agency. In these capacities, he was responsible for maintaining a consistent understanding of the culture, determining root issues, and facilitating root solutions and culture improvement. His success in these areas led to dozens of requests from federal, state, local, non-profit, and private sector organizations.

Over his 11-years as a senior executive, Chris held positions as Diversity Executive, Compensation Executive, and Chief of Enterprise Training for large 10,000+ organizations.

Vince Brantley is the President, Co-Owner and Chief Technology Officer of Veritas Culture. He is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that maximize the availability of Veritas produced products and tools. Additionally, Vince is a core facilitator of Veritas’ client facing efforts.

Prior to becoming Co-Owner of Veritas Culture, Vince was the Culture Executive of the Defense Intelligence Agency. In this capacity, he as responsible for developing and implementing strategies focused on resolving root challenges of the organizational culture.

Over his 28-year career in the United States Army, Vince attained the rank of Sergeant Major and served in this capacity in several positions across different organizations.

Among their multitude of past positions and accomplishments, Vince and Chris are both former Culture Executives for large (10,000+) federal agencies. Over the past 9-years, their combined culture facilitation and assessment experience has amounted to over 5,000 culture sessions across more than 190 federal and private industry spaces. This includes the Charlottesville Race Riots, the Pulse Nightclub shootings, the aftermath of the George Floyd murder, and several other high-profile culture challenges.
